Here is my latest recipe for my delicious homemade protein bars.

I alter my recipe according to how I feel and what I think I need more of so my recipe changes and that's just fine! You can also alter your recipe according to your tastes and which ingredients you need more of.

Please measure your ingredient quantities according to your preferences.


Dried Oats

Cinnamon

Peanut butter (organic / pure)

Coconut Nectar

Nuts - mixed

Sunflower seeds

Dates

Prunes

Flax seeds

Quinao

Cacao nibs
